Ingredients – Serves 1
🌊1 oz Vodka
🌊1 oz Coconut Rum
🌊1 oz Blue Curacao
🌊1 oz Pineapple Juice
🌊.05 oz Lime Juice
🌊.05 oz Simple Syrup
🌊Coconut LaCroix to top
🌊Cocktail Sugar for rim
🌊Pineapple, blueberries, maraschino cherries and mini surfboards for garnish
Method
❤️Run 1/2 lime around the top of a hurricane glass and roll in the cocktail sugar,
💙In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake all ingredients together except the Blue Curacao and Coconut LaCroix.
❤️Strain into the rimmed hurricane glass with ice. Add the Coconut LaCroix to top (Pineapple Coconut LaCroix also works well)
💙Float the Blue Curacao over the top creating “The Wave”.
❤️Cut fresh pineapple into 3 large wedges. Cut a slit in the bottom to slid on your glass and on top to anchor the surfboards. Skewer blueberries and cherries onto cocktail pick and attach to the 3rd pineapple wedge. Add your surfer pineapple garnishes and fruit to your glass.
