Ingredients – Serves 1
- 1-2 Fresh Strawberries
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- .25 oz Orange Curacao
- .5 oz Orgeat
- .25 oz Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Resort Strawberry Margarita Mix
- Mint and small edible flowers for garnish
- Small Surfboard for garnish
Method
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the green stem and cut into small pieces. Add the strawberries to a cocktail shaker with no ice and muddle until smooth.
- Add the white and dark rum, orange curacao, orgeat, lime juice, strawberry margarita mix and ice. Shake to combine 30 seconds.
- Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a large sprig of mint (washed, dried and ends cut to resemble a bouquet. Add two small edible flowers in the mint. Add a small surfboard. Cheers!
