Are you itching for a tropical escape? I can relate but no worries, Fun Craft Cocktails has got you covered with the Tropical itch Cocktail! This cocktail was created in 1957 by Harry Yee, a bartender legend, at the Hilton Hawaiian Gardens resort in Waikiki. He was a tiki cocktail pioneer who also created the Blue Hawaii among many others. The Tropical Itch is a combination of bourbon (an unusual ingredient in tiki cocktails), 151 rum, triple sec or orange curacao, passion fruit syrup (the real star of this cocktail), pineapple juice, lemon juice and a float of dark rum and bitters on top. It is then garnished with a bamboo backscratcher (so cute) for a fun presentation. Cheers!
