Pineapple Mockarita

In honor of dry January, I bring to you the Pineapple Mockarita! I’ve partnered with Millin, which makes wonderful, dehydrated garnishes for all your favorite cocktails and mocktails. This margarita mocktail combines all the flavors of a traditional margarita with a tropical twist. Enjoy!

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Margarita Glass
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients – Serves 1

  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice (I used Dole)
  • 1 oz Orange Juice (I used Simply)
  • .5 oz Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
  • .5 oz Agave Syrup (light) (I used O organics)
  • Cocktail Sugar for rim (see below in Amazon link)
  • Dehydrated Pineapple for Garnish (Millin)

Method

  1. Place 1-2 TBSP cocktail sugar on a small plate.
  2. Wash and dry a lime. Cut lime in half and run one half around rim of margarita glass. Roll rim in cocktail sugar and set aside.
  3. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and pour all ingredients including the ice into the margarita glass.
  4. Make a small slit to a dehydrated pineapple slice and slid onto rim of glass. Cheers!
