In honor of dry January, I bring to you the Pineapple Mockarita! I’ve partnered with Millin, which makes wonderful, dehydrated garnishes for all your favorite cocktails and mocktails. This margarita mocktail combines all the flavors of a traditional margarita with a tropical twist. Enjoy!

- Jigger
- Margarita Glass
- Cutting Board

Ingredients – Serves 1
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice (I used Dole)
- 1 oz Orange Juice (I used Simply)
- .5 oz Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
- .5 oz Agave Syrup (light) (I used O organics)
- Cocktail Sugar for rim (see below in Amazon link)
- Dehydrated Pineapple for Garnish (Millin)
Method
- Place 1-2 TBSP cocktail sugar on a small plate.
- Wash and dry a lime. Cut lime in half and run one half around rim of margarita glass. Roll rim in cocktail sugar and set aside.
- Add pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and pour all ingredients including the ice into the margarita glass.
- Make a small slit to a dehydrated pineapple slice and slid onto rim of glass. Cheers!
