Come to life this Halloween with the Frankenstein cocktail. It’s electrifying! While the history of this cocktail is murky, it most likely started as a Halloween themed drink and there are many different versions. This version of “Franken-drink” combines the flavors of vodka, sour apple, lemon lime soda and a hint of absinthe for a sweet and sour treat. I’m using Absente Absinthe from France in this cocktail. This high-quality absinthe is formulated with the herbal extracts of wormwood, anise, fennel and mint. Cheers!
